Classic Air DC-3 HB-ISC was constructed as a C-47A-45-DL by Douglas at Long Beach, California with construction number 9995 with United States Army Air Force serial number 42-24133. Ex NC65266, NC6K, N88Y and later sold to Aero Sales Incorporated, Bethany, OK as N88YA (1977). Flown from Exeter to Altenheim Airfield (Switzerland) for Classic Air January 1987.
(ps: she now flies in a silver-bare metal Swiss Airlines color-scheme as N431HM (DC3C-S1C3G) registered to Aircraft Guaranty Corp Trustee, Onalaska, TX and based at Grenchen airport LSZG.

Classic Air DC-3 HB-ISB was built by Douglas as a C-47-DL in August 1942 with construction number 4667* with USAF serial number 41-18542*. On June 8th, 1946 the aircraft was acquired by Canadian Pacific Airlines and re-registered as CF-CPW. On august 28th, 1957 the aircraft was acquired by Transair, Canada & re-registered as CF-TAS, later to C-FTAS with Air Caravane/Chaperal. To Classic Air November 1985 and she is currently in storage awaiting sale!
