About
At the age of 10, I had my first flight experience with a Globe Air Dart Herald on a flight over the Alps. From that moment to now, I have been hooked on planes. Visiting the nearest airport, every weekend, so I could photograph planes as they arrive and depart. Since then I am an aviation photographer. I collect slides and related items of classic Prop- and Jetliners - especially the Lockheed Constellation, the Douglas DC-7 and the Comet. In the meantime the Zoggavia’s Connie Collection represents one of the most versatile collections in the world. Another experience in my life has been the digital age - in photography as well in e-business. Enabling me to network for expanding the Zoggavia collection and to be creative in digital imaging process
The making of Zoggavia digital imaging
In earlier days the cameras and films were of a different quality than today producing images with imperfections and subject to ageing. The arrival of the internet and digital age however opened totally new opportunities to enhance, (re)store and share the testimonials of that time in their original beauty. This is not a job, but a passion that borders insanity. We are consistently in pursuit of creating the perfect aviation image.
